At Digital iBuy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy on most products.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees for non-defective returns.

Damages & Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at support@digitalibuy.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Restocking Fees for Opened Items
A 15% restocking fee applies to the following products if the original packaging is opened:
- Camera drones
- DSLR and mirrorless cameras
- Motherboards
- Graphics cards
- SSDs
These items must be returned in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Replacements
- If your return is approved for replacement, a new product will be shipped within 1-2 business days after processing.
- If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a refund instead.
- Exchanges for different products are not available—only the same item will be replaced.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at support@digitalibuy.com.
