Digital iBuy Shipping & Handling Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Most in-stock items will be processed within 2 business days of ordering.
  • Orders may take up to 4 business days to process depending on stock levels and order volume.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or major Canadian holidays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • All orders ship via UPS or Canada Post standard shipping.
  • Standard delivery time: 2-6 business days after leaving our warehouse.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and courier delays.
  • Remote Areas: Orders shipping to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon will have a paid expedited shipping option, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders may be canceled if shipping destinations are in remote areas subject to courier surcharges or cost-prohibitive to service.
  • Split Shipments:
    • If you order multiple items (laptops, desktops, or combos), your order may ship in multiple packages.
    • If your shipment is split, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
    • For additional tracking numbers or estimated delivery dates, please contact our customer service team.

Order Status & Tracking

  • Digital iBuy will keep you informed about your order status via email.
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear on the courier’s website.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

  • Placing an order on DigitaliBuy.com does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Digital iBuy reserves the right to limit quantities or decline an order for any reason.
  • Orders that contain errors, discrepancies, or fraudulent activity may require additional verification before processing.
  • Order Cancellations:
    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
    • If an item is backordered, cancellation may be possible.

Backorders & Pricing Adjustments

  • If you order an out-of-stock item, your payment method will be pre-authorized but not charged until the item is available to ship.
  • Shipping fees for backorders are non-refundable.
