Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Most in-stock items will be processed within 2 business days of ordering.
- Orders may take up to 4 business days to process depending on stock levels and order volume.
- We do not process orders on weekends or major Canadian holidays.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- All orders ship via UPS or Canada Post standard shipping.
- Standard delivery time: 2-6 business days after leaving our warehouse.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and courier delays.
- Remote Areas: Orders shipping to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon will have a paid expedited shipping option, calculated at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders may be canceled if shipping destinations are in remote areas subject to courier surcharges or cost-prohibitive to service.
- Split Shipments:
- If you order multiple items (laptops, desktops, or combos), your order may ship in multiple packages.
- If your shipment is split, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

- Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

- Order Cancellations:

- If an item is backordered, cancellation may be possible.
Backorders & Pricing Adjustments
- If you order an out-of-stock item, your payment method will be pre-authorized but not charged until the item is available to ship.
- Shipping fees for backorders are non-refundable.
