This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing all orders, purchases, deliveries, and usage of products and services from Digital iBuy. Any attempt to alter or amend this document or place an order subject to modified terms will be deemed invalid unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, at Digital iBuy’s sole discretion.

We regularly update and revise our product and service offerings. Digital iBuy reserves the right to revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Certain products or services may only be available online through our website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment provider for these amounts upon order submission. Digital iBuy reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including those placed under the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address, and to cancel orders placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us for a return label.
After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for a refund but may be covered under our 1-Year Warranty for repair or replacement of defective items.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice defects, damage, or incorrect items, so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For the fastest processing, return the item you wish to exchange, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any transactions related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
