Warranty Coverage
Digital iBuy facilitates the return of defective products to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at no cost to the customer within the first year, unless otherwise specified. For refurbished items, the warranty period is 90 days, unless stated otherwise.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt (as verified by the delivery signature via UPS or Canada Post tracking).
Return Conditions:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Orders over $5,000 and financed purchases are not eligible for return.
- All returned products must include original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Customers must obtain an RMA number from Digital iBuy before returning any merchandise.
Warranty Length
- Brand New Items: 1-Year Warranty (from the original purchase date).
- Refurbished/Used Items: 90-Day Warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. If no proof is available, Digital iBuy cannot provide warranty service.
Who Is Covered?
The original purchaser of a Digital iBuy product is covered under this warranty.
What Is and Is Not Covered?
Our warranty provides coverage for manufacturer defects but does not extend to:

- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
❌ Not Covered:
- Software issues.
- Accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken ports) unless caused by a material defect.
- Issues caused by improper use (e.g., extreme conditions, unauthorized repairs).
- Damage from shipping (claims should be made with the carrier).
- Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, protective coatings) unless due to a defect.
- Normal wear and tear due to aging.
Limitations of Implied Warranties
This warranty is the only warranty provided, and Digital iBuy makes no additional oral or written guarantees, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of any implied warranties is limited to the warranty period stated above.

Submitting a Warranty Claim
- Request an RMA: Submit a service request via the Digital iBuy website with a description of the issue.
- Verification: A technician will assess your claim. If testing is required, you must provide a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Approval & Return: Once approved, an RMA number will be issued. The defective product must be shipped to Digital iBuy with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers must package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
